I have been a quilter for over 30 years and turned from hand quilting to machine quilting about ten years ago. My passion in quilting is turning vintage linens, hand-dyed fabrics, and silks into heirloom quality wholecloth quilts.

I have used the Juki sewing machine for the past eight years and absolutely love it. The thread cutting feature on the foot pedal and the knee lift allow me to keep my hands on my quilt at all times, never having to stop and hand cut my threads to move to the next position. The extra large arm space allows me to quilt a queen size quilt in the middle and have room left over for my hands and movement. I have complete control of my tensions both top and bottom which is critical when working with specialty threads. Speed control is easy and the Juki allows me to go as slow or as fast as I need for quality stitches.

I know you will enjoy quilting with the Juki as much as I have and highly recommend this machine to both beginner and advanced quilters.
